| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This fun and fascinating wooden propeller is a perfect replica of those used on the World War I airplanes. Replaced propellers on WWI airplanes were brought home by pilots and used as decoration. This historically accurate propeller features tapered ends that elegantly swoop out at proper aerodynamic angles. The brass clock dial in the center is designed after an original made for Aeropostale, the legendary 1920s French postal carrier mail service to Africa and South America. This propeller is made of hardwood that comes from birch plantations in Kamchatka.
